Our staff work closely with the Caribbean Tourism Organisation and also the relevant UK-based Tourist Boards. Our list of qualifications is constantly growing - we now have staff who have completed training programmes with the following tourist boards: Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Grenada, Jamaica, St Lucia

In addition, we have staff working on the Caribbean Tourism Organisation's Training Scheme. Neil holds the Platinum Palm Award (he was only the second person in the UK to gain this award).

And finally, Neil was named Travel Agent of the Year in the Bahamas Casique awards in 2006 - the only agent outside the USA ever to win the award!
